My story is this, very happy with All American Auto Transport, except when your job is complete and you ask for follow up information and they do not provide it. I request a mailing address for one of the trucking companies, Rapid Auto Carriers LLC out of Tampa FL, which they AAA Transport never replied. It seems that on my ORIGINAL work order Rapid was suppose to pick up my car, but they had problems with there drivers companion who decided they would try and take an expensive part out of one of the cars on the truck carrier. Needless to say Rapid had to cancel my order and they told me they would compensate about 7 of us with rebate money which has never arrived and will probably never arrive. SO if you work with AAA Transport you might want to request NOT to have Rapid take care of your car order. All I ever want and expect is a reply, I know everyone is busy, but it tells me your really not a serious business who cares about there customers after you completed the work. Will think long and hard if I use you again. Peace, Daniel
